UX | Toolbar Resizing | Unhandled situation with custom fieldtype iframe

Hey there!

When you want to resize the toolbar and during the execution make the mouseup event happen in the iframe of a custom fieldtype, the event handler does not get removed. This makes resizing often impossible. Tested it with the latest chrome in icognito mode aswell.
